I started college at the age of 16 and finished with undergraduate degrees in Physics and Economics, and a Masters in Business Administration (Finance). It only took seven years…. I was hired directly out of graduate school by a high technology telecommunications company in the DFW area. Ten years later I was the Vice President of the division that originally hired me. It was a wild ride.
Fast forward a few years to the “Great Recession” that started in 2009 and like many others was looking for a new position. During a networking meeting I learned about the value of Blogging. I started blogging then on all the things I have experienced and learned in business about leadership and sales. I rapidly became hooked on it. These are the things that I learned after leaving business school since they don’t teach this sort of thing there.
